The Wild Rest
May 15-18, 2025
You’re Invited…
To a retreat for women who need a break.
You’re invited to take a pause from technology, reconnect with the language of your body, sleep in late, use your hands, get dirty, sweat, create, move your energy, or do nothing at all but curl up with a book for 4 days.
If you have never taken a slow vacation, if you always pack your schedule, if you are addicted to your phone… if you are the organizer of your family, the planner in your relationship or the boss of your team… if you are starting to feel that you are running on fumes…
This retreat is for you.
